Spoilers for Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 6

In episode 5, as soon as Inosuke awoke from his profound sleep, he launched an attack on Enmu, who had fused with the Mugen train by that point. However, with only Nezuko to lean on, they were definitely in trouble. As soon as things appeared to be getting difficult for them, Zenitsu awoke from his deep sleep and went straight to Nezuko, who clearly needed his assistance. He pledged to defend her, and happily, the Flame Hashira Rengoku soon joined them.

When he met Tanjirou, he instructed him to locate Enmu’s neck and slice it to stop the hard combat. He personally fought the demon in five compartments of the railroad, while the protagonist and Inosuke continued to search for the demon’s weakness. The team eventually found the Enmu’s throat, but the monster fought back as hard as it could. He even employed the Blood Demon Arts to hypnotise Tanjirou.

Fortunately, the prank did not work on Inosuke, who usually had pig hide on his face. They succeeded to stop Enmu from using her unknown talents, and as soon as they had the opportunity, they slashed his throat and murdered him instantly. Although the Demon Slayers believe the war is ended in episode 6, they are surprised by the entrance of Akaza, the Upper-Rank Three of the Twelve Demon Moons. The formidable foe will engage Rengoku in a titanic battle and offer Flame Hashira the opportunity to become a demon.
