Meanwhile, Zenitsu and Inosuke are fighting the insomniac youngsters who have been dispatched by Enmu to destroy their spiritual cores.

Tanjirou checks on Nezuko, who is safe, and discovers that Blood Demon Art has been used on his sleeping companions. He quickly detects the presence of a hazardous foe aboard the Mugen train and delegated the task of rousing his companions to his sister. Tanjirou uses his keen sense of smell to locate Enmu on the locomotive’s roof. The demon utilises her powers to put the protagonist to sleep, but he immediately slices his neck to return to reality, displaying extraordinary resolve that even impresses his enemy. Tanjirou slashes Enmu’s throat after a brief scuffle, but quickly discovers that he is not dead. While everyone was immersed in their dream realm, the monster bonded with the Mugen train. In episode 5, Tanjiro will discover Enmu’s true neck and slice her throat to stop her reign of terror, while his friends combat the monster from within the compartments.
