Mike Prince (Corey Stoll) chooses to gift a thousand state-of-the-art environmentally friendly subway trains and gives the credit to Governor Bob Sweeney. The drivers’ union grows enraged with Prince since the introduction of these cars will result in the loss of jobs for its members. When they contact Chuck, he eagerly jumps at the chance.

Daevisha “Dave” Mahar (Sakina Jaffrey), Chuck’s new deputy, meets with the former one, and both ladies strive to uncover flaws in each other’s armor. As the cost of hosting the 2028 Olympics continues to grow, Prince opens up the titular list, which has its own set of issues. Mike, having discovered that the Governor of New York has a huge ego, tries to appease it. The subway vehicle donation is expected to cost him more than two billion dollars, therefore he decides to accept applications for the Prince List on the suggestion of both Scooter and Wags. The Prince List’s most appealing characteristic is the scarcity it has created. However, the same scarcity has the ability to bring it all crashing down.

Lauren Turner (Jade Eshete) makes her first appearance of the season. She approaches Taylor with a proposal from her current boss, Leon, a former NFL star turned home-workout entrepreneur and philanthropist. Leon wants to be on the Prince List. His credentials make him an ideal candidate, and Prince gladly welcomes him. Meanwhile, Prince converts the unhappy subway drivers’ union into clients in order to deal with them. Because the pensions of all branches of New York City’s public services are grouped together, the rest of them fall under Michael Prince Capital’s purview as well. Chuck was prepared to go to war for the subway drivers’ union, but Prince’s maneuver detonates the bullet in his gun.

When Chuck notices Leon on the Prince List, he informs him that the NYPD is one of the other patrons. Leon then informs Prince that he cannot be a part of the same group of investors as the NYPD, and that if he is fired, he will take others with him. Taylor then launches an attack on Leon and destroys his public image using a new software called Winch, the initial purpose of which is the complete elimination of social media gaffes.

In this episode, Chuck completely defeats Prince. Dave demonstrates her extraordinary skill by compelling Kate (Condola Rashd) to accept her first defeat. In this episode, Leah Calder (Wendie Malick) makes her first appearance of the season. Chuck approaches her to discuss Prince’s donation. Finally, the cars are rejected on the grounds that they are built by a Chinese manufacturer. It doesn’t seem to matter if they were created in America by American labor. Prince tries to save the situation by contacting the Governor, but realizes Chuck has already reached Sweeney. He is compelled to donate two billion dollars to New York transportation services without receiving nearly anything in return.

In this episode, Chuck defeats Prince in two stages. The first is something Prince is aware of: the subway system. What he doesn’t realize is that Chuck has installed a mole within the Prince List. When Charles Sr. learns of the establishment of the Prince List, he informs his son that he wants to be a part of it, even volunteering to be Chuck’s inside man. Chuck dismisses the suggestion, knowing that Prince will never admit his father back into the house. However, the idea’s concept remains.

Michael Prince Capital is looking for an investment from Prince’s alma mater, Indiana A&M. The issue is that they are resistant to change. Prince has threatened to withdraw as a supporter of the college. When they agree to hear him out, he flies the entire university board to New York City to persuade them. However, it quickly becomes clear that they are there to reject him in front of his face. However, Stuart Legere, the board’s representative, agrees to join the Prince List with their 2.9 billion dollars. Chuck has coerced him into doing this, it is discovered. And now he’s got his mole.
