The sixth episode of season 2 of ‘Komi Can’t Communicate,’ titled ‘It’s just like every new year, It’s just ice skating, and It’s just the common cold,’ follows Najimi as she visits Tadano to discuss New Year’s resolutions. When Tadano wakes up on New Year’s Day and walks to his house’s living room, he discovers Najimi seated with his sister. They tell their friend that they played games together until midnight. Najimi expresses a desire to visit the shrine as soon as possible because it is New Year’s Day. Tadano, on the other hand, is a little crumpy and asks for his meal first.

Najimi, who is persistent, waits for him to get ready before going to his room to discuss the new year’s plans. Najimi begins calling their classmates as soon as they decide to travel to the shrine. Unfortunately, Komi does not answer the phone, and Yamai is on vacation in Hawaii. While this may appear to be a poor start to their new year’s intentions, they finally call everyone in their class and convince a large number of individuals to join them.

They continue to rush to the top once they reach the shrine, but Tadano and Komi walk at a leisurely pace. They have their fortunes read after they have offered their prayers. Komi discovers that she will have excellent fortune this year, which she grudgingly shares with Tadano. The next day, Katai, who had hoped to spend some time with Tadano during their shrine visit, is disappointed that he was unable to do so. As a result, he invites him to accompany him to an ice rink.

Tadano is delighted to attend, but he also brings Komi without notifying Katai, who is both shocked and taken aback. Unfortunately, neither Katai nor Komi know how to skate, so Tadano must assist them. He tries to educate them by initially helping them stand upright with the support of a wall, but Komi ends up skating rather fast and is terrified because she doesn’t know how to stop.

Tadano recognizes the gravity of the situation and rushes to find her. He then teaches her the proper foot movements that will assist her halt, which Komi successfully imitates. He then goes on to assist Katai in learning the fundamentals while Komi watches from a distance. Unfortunately, Tadano’s health suffers as a result of spending too much time outside, and he develops a fever. Because his sister and mother must leave the house, he is left to fend for himself.

Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2 Episode 6 Ending: Who Assists Tadano Without His Family?

Tadano notices usual symptoms of fever and colds, such as laziness and loss of appetite, as his sister and mother leave, but he dismisses them. Unfortunately, his condition deteriorated in the hours that followed, and he could scarcely get out of bed. Recognizing his severe need for assistance, Tadano phones Najimi and requests that they bring him something to drink and eat. However, he has unintentionally called Komi and only recognizes this after explaining his current situation.

Despite his attempts to convince Komi that she is not need to attend, she rejects all of his excuses. When she arrives at his residence, she pours him a cup of ginger tea and prepares some healthy food for him. Tadano eventually finds some relief and promptly falls asleep. Komi enjoys seeing Tadano sleep once she has finished her culinary chores. She then tries to grasp his hand in hers for a little minute, but Najimi interrupts her and scares her.
