Kaikala Satyanarayana last rites today

It is known that Kaikala Satyanarayana passed away on Friday morning, 87-year-old Satyanarayana, who was suffering from illness for the past few days, breathed her last at her residence in Filmnagar, Hyderabad at 4 o’clock yesterday morning. Politicians and film personalities expressed grief after hearing the news of Kaikala’s death.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Governor Tamilisai, former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, CM KCR, AP CM Jagan, TDP chief Chandrababu, actors Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Pawan Kalyan, Jr. NTR, R. Narayanamurthy, director K. Raghavendra Rao and others expressed their condolences. Today, his last rites will be conducted officially in Maha Prasthanam with Telangana government honours.

CM KCR ordered CS Someshkumar to make arrangements to this extent. KCR paid homage to Kaikala’s body on Friday. Kaikala’s family members were visited. The CM recalled that as a first-generation actor in the film industry, he won the affection of three generations of audiences by playing different roles.

Kaikala, who was born on July 25, 1935 in Kauthavaram of Krishna district, made her debut with the movie ‘Sepai Koothuru’. He acted in films of three generations of heroes including NTR, ANNR, Krishna, Krishnamraju, Shobhan Babu, Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh. He played various roles in 777 movies and gained fans.
