Selected candidates in Indo Tibetan Border Police Recruitment will be given Pay Scale 78800- Rs 2,09,200 per month to the selected candidates for the post of Super Specialist Medical Officer.

Eligible candidates for the post of Specialist Medical Officer will be given a salary of Rs 67,700 – 2,08,700 / – per month as per rules and other applicable allowances will be payable.
