Lee not only created the show, but he also directed all of the episodes. ‘She’s Gotta Have It,’ along with ‘Atlanta’ and ‘Dear White People,’ is one of the most socio-culturally significant series concerning African-Americans. Duck Butter (2018)
This 2018 film begins with an intriguing premise. The plot centres around two ladies, Naima and Sergio, who meet after both of them have been misled in previous romantic relationships. They resolve to spice up their lives after being devastated and unwilling to go through the same ordeal again. They intend to spend 24 hours together, and they intend to have sex every hour of that time. The plan begins nicely, but the couple quickly finds that things are not going to go as smoothly as they appear at first. The film is daring in its portrayal of lesbian sex and the female body, and it might be considered an important addition to the canon of LGBT films published in 2018. The performances are also excellent, although the picture could have been much stronger if the characters had been fleshed out further.
Gypsy (2017)
The entire theme of ‘Gypsy’ revolves around a Therapist’s (Naomi Watts) promiscuous relationships with her patients as she lives a life with no boundaries between her job and her personal desires. So, for obvious reasons, there are a lot of forbidden and intimate situations in this one. The program did not live up to expectations, but it did garner a lot of attention for its sex scenes, one of which is completely out of control. Jean and Sidney’s chemistry is beyond a “Oh my!” the first time they meet. However, all of these unethical sexual activities have far-reaching ramifications for the Therapist. Orange Is the New Black (2013-17)
‘Orange is the New Black’ is a drama about a lady named Piper who is imprisoned in a women’s prison and runs into her former lesbian lover Alex. The show contains a lot of nudity and intimate situations, but one that truly sticks out is when Alex and Piper have angry sex all over the prison library. In an interview, the actresses who played Alex and Piper admitted that the sequence became so intense that one of them ended up with a cut on her face while filming it. If it doesn’t convey how hot this one is, we don’t know what would. A real-life prison would not be quite as nice as this one, and having sex in the library would almost certainly put you in serious trouble, but isn’t that what we like? ‘Black Mirror’ is an anthology with a wide range of stories in each episode. Some episodes have been deemed to be surprisingly good and engaging, while others have been forgotten due to a lack of effective execution. There is only one episode that isn’t too distressing and has a happy ending. This one is about how two women’s lives alter after they meet in the party town of San Junipero.
